1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of Ansh Packers and Movers, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Ansh Packers and Movers provides:

• Packing and unpacking services
• Loading and unloading
• Transportation of household and office goods
• Vehicle transportation (cars and bikes)
• Storage solutions
• Local and long-distance moving

3. Booking and Quotations

3.1 Quotations

All quotations are estimates based on the information provided by the customer. Final charges may vary based on actual volume, distance, and special requirements.

3.2 Booking Confirmation

Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment as specified in the quotation.

4. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

• Provide accurate information about items to be moved
• Declare all valuable, fragile, and prohibited items
• Ensure all items are legally owned and transportable
• Be present or have an authorized representative during packing and delivery
• Provide necessary access to both pickup and delivery locations

5. Prohibited Items

We do not transport:

• Hazardous materials (explosives, flammable items, chemicals)
• Illegal substances or contraband
• Perishable food items
• Live plants or animals
• Cash, jewelry, or valuable documents (unless specifically declared and insured)

6. Payment Terms

• Advance payment: 25-50% at the time of booking
• Balance payment: Due upon delivery or as agreed in the contract
• Accepted payment methods: Cash, bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards
• Late payment may result in storage charges

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

7.1 Cancellation by Customer

• More than 7 days before moving date: 80% refund of advance
• 3-7 days before moving date: 50% refund of advance
• Less than 3 days before moving date: No refund

7.2 Cancellation by Company

If we cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.

8. Insurance and Liability

8.1 Basic Coverage

Basic liability coverage is included in our standard service at no extra cost.

8.2 Comprehensive Insurance

Additional comprehensive insurance is available for an extra fee and must be purchased at the time of booking.

8.3 Claims

• All damage or loss claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• Claims must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation
• We are not liable for damages due to improper packing done by the customer
• Claims are processed as per insurance policy terms

9. Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, road conditions, or regulatory issues. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

10. Storage

If delivery cannot be completed on the scheduled date due to customer unavailability or other reasons:

• Items will be stored in our warehouse
• Storage charges will apply after the first 24 hours
• Customer is responsible for notifying us of new delivery arrangements

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government regulations, or other force majeure events.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through mutual negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

13. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the declared value of goods or the insurance coverage amount, whichever is applicable. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

14. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your personal information.

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

17. Entire Agreement

These terms, along with the signed contract and quotation, constitute the entire agreement between Ansh Packers and Movers and the customer.
